Some couples love to keep in touch – WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, Pinterest boards – I’m happy to be part of the planning journey! Others prefer a hands-off approach, and that’s perfectly fine too. I’ve happily adapted to all styles, even joining couples for rehearsal dinners abroad!

Just like that time Patricia and I were getting quotes for our attic conversion. We went with a company with a killer website, but the communication felt off. Gut feeling screamed “red flag,” and wouldn’t you know it, they went belly-up shortly after! We lost our deposit but that’s when I learned the golden rule: listen to your clients, build trust, and the creativity magic just happens.

We would not hesitate to recommend Phil as your wedding photographer (and have already put my cousin in touch!). He was a really friendly person to have around for the morning and put all of us at ease in front of the camera. We had stressed that we did not want to spend much time away from our guests and Phil managed to get all of the pictures that we wanted in about 20minutes, and we had great craic taking them too! Two days after our wedding he sent through a huge selection of photos as a “sneak peek” – We couldn’t believe he had them ready so quickly, and the full set of pictures was available within weeks of the wedding and were fabulous. One of the big standouts for me was Phil’s ability to remember names. For group shots, he remembered all our family member’s names, calling them out one by one to move their hand/hair/other to make sure he got the best shot.
